House Rules

House Rules  1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash or smell ANY smoke found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $500 fee. 3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. Feel free to move Crib/ Play Pen around as you prefer. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5) Take shoes off before entering the property. Please wipe off shoes on designated entrance mat, and store on designated rack. 6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture, as well as keep them in designated areas as stated in listing. There will be $150 fee for any animal messes left behind including outside and inside the property. 7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed unless communicated and approved before hand. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. You will be subjected to a fee if this rule is broken!!! 8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. At checkout if any doors leading outside are left unlocked you will be charged $100 as this is a very big safety concern. 9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. If not communicated and we discover during the post clean of your stay you will be subjected to pay full reimbursement for item plus an inconvenience fee! 11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house. 13) A late checkout fee of $100 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:00am or later on day of checkout. Unless previously communicated and approved. 14) Use designated fire areas accordingly and safely. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INTO THE FIRE PIT, You will be subjected to a fee as this causes extremely toxic chemicals to be released.

We felt right at home during our one month stay here. This home has everything for everyday needs. An entire home fully equipped! Kitchen came with everything we everything need for everyday cooking from dishware to dishwasher. This home offers clean drinking water straight from a filtered modern refrigerator so no need to buy drinking water. We felt right at home during our entire stay at this peaceful friendly neighborhood. 100% recommend 5 Stars 🌟
